8. Excluded

The offering of Services by Us shall, at all time, be in complete compliance with the applicable laws. We understand that applicable laws in the Indian states of Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Nagaland, Sikkim and Arunachal Pradesh (hereinafter “Excluded Territories”) may restrict or prohibit its residents from access to Services and playing the Cash Games, and such stated may impose penalties or punishments on finding any of its residents involved in accessing the Services and playing the Cash Games. Therefore, We, in compliance with such applicable laws, offer Our Cash Games and the Application in all Indian states except Excluded Territories. Accordingly, persons in Excluded Territories are explicitly prohibited form the accessing the Services and playing the Cash Games. We do not accept the registration as registered users on Application from persons in Excluded Territories for allowing to play Cash Games. Accessing the Services from an Excluded Territories by using IP or GPS masking software programs such as fake GPS, GPS Spoofer or others shall be breach of these Terms. In the event, any person in Excluded Territories registers by furnishing false information, We shall terminate the account of such residents forthwith upon knowing the fact of such information being false, and shall forfeit all the winnings or deposits with no obligation or liability whatsoever. You hereby expressly agree that it shall be sole responsibility of you to comply with the applicable state laws, and We shall not be liable in any manner towards breach of any such applicable state laws by you.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LAVEN TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the platform; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our services; (c) any content obtained from the platform; and (d) any conduct or content of any third party on the platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.
